Our suggestion for small group conversation: 1. Self-introduction – Where are you from? What languages do you speak? What languages are you learning? Etc. 2. Talk about each other’s language learning goals and what you hope to gain from the exchange. 3. Talk about how you are learning – A course? Private teacher? Self-study? What tools are you using? 4. Talk about the meeting topic!

Our tips for a successful meetup: 1. Come prepared with something you want to practice. 2. Find a quiet environment to join the meeting from. 3. Make sure you have a working camera (it’s more fun to talk to people you can see!) 4. Be willing to be helped and help others. 5. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes! Communication is #1!
